Rim Chiropractic Transformation Boot Camp – Part 5

July 29th marked the last day of the Transformation Boot Camp at Rim Chiropractic, and the results are phenomenal! Participants attended their final meeting with Dr. Bueler and Billie Bueler for their 21 day cleanse. This cleanse helped individuals eliminated harmful toxins from their bodies, and to pursue a healthier lifestyle through a proper diet, good choices, and exercise. On the last day of this cleanse, participants eagerly talked about their results and the process they went through. Today was an exciting day at Rim Chiropractic; everyone was thrilled with their results, and they are eager to embark on their new healthier lifestyles. Participants were glowing with a healthier presence amongst the room.

The primary goal of this Transformation Boot Camp and cleanse was to show other side of story. Meaning that there is logical information, natural supplements and sources, as well as natural remedies to get you on the right path without taking harmful medications. In the United States alone, over 4 billion prescriptions are written. That’s about 12 prescriptions for every man, woman, and child, ranking us as one of the most over-medicated countries in the world. Unfortunately, “Many medications do a full circle and bring back the problems you were trying to get rid of…as well as bring upon countless negative side effect; this results in more medications being prescribed in order to rid of those new side effects, and by the time you are done treating all these symptom’s, you then have a long list of medications.” Regrettably, many symptoms are deemed as diseases now, and individuals are getting over-medicated for health ailments that could be cured by naturally fixing the problem, “With healthier choices and natural remedies.” Another important thing, “to understand coming out of this cleanse was for participants to not be deceived if they have countless symptoms for one problem. Many times, if one problem is fixed, you can get rid of all the other previous issues and symptoms you have been dealing with before.”

Another wonderful thing about the cleanse in this Transformation Boot Camp; it gives the participants’ bodies a clean slate to figure out what foods have been the culprit of countless issues. The first step of this is to start with food you suspect you’ve had problems with before, and try it for a few days. If after this cleanse you have a negative reaction to trying that particular food, within those days, then that could be the cause of all the negative symptoms one may have been having. If that food has no effect on the participants, then that food may not have been the problem, so you can move on to next suspect. This process of elimination will expose what your body was sensitive to and what may have caused the problems. Through this individuals will start telling themselves that they may want to start eliminating this food from their body because it reacts poorly. Moreover, the negative foods you once craved may have a different effect on you now, and you may not want to partake in those bad foods anymore.
Another great task Dr. Bueler recommended is that participants keep a food diary and document what they have been eating and what effects it has. This will also help one eliminate the problems they had. A lot of problems have to do with unhealthy diet and weight gain. Through this cleanse, and through process of elimination of certain foods an individual could cure a lot of negative symptoms they are worried about. Many times if a person comes in with all these symptoms, it’s only because the, “liver is overworking and overtaxed,” and through a cleanse one can identify what they need to work on or start doing for their health.

Participants of this Transformation Boot Camp underwent mental, physical, and emotional restoration through consistent natural remedies and healthier choices. Some positive results that came from this were weight loss, better digestion, regular and better sleep patterns, a clearer mind, and a better diet. Through this boot-camp, participants made use of all the promotions that were offered by the sponsors such as coupons for Goodwin’s and Jensen’s, Pilates at Laurens Studio, and they also made use of the phenomenal machines at Bullworx Fitness. Some participants even tried hot yoga with Magda at Lake Arrowhead for the first time. Those who engaged in these offers enjoyed diverse fitness and health experiences, resulting in participants purchasing and signing up for new memberships and classes to continue their healthy lifestyles by utilizing these facilities.

Another perk that participants enjoyed during this Transformation Boot Camp in addition to their light therapy, chiropractic, massage, and other sessions, was the aromatherapy. Aromatherapy was given to the participants as part of the package of the transformation boot camp. Those who received the essential oils stated that they helped them immensely. Aromatherapy was given to participants for their problems such as sleep deprivation, anxiety, and lack of energy. Participants loved this so much that they are placing orders for more, because it has been positively changing their lives.

Another topic of interest at this last meeting was how to slowly go back to a healthy diet that will provide the proper nutrients. Through this everyone attending the meeting shared tips on how to find groceries, as well as what is good and bad, they shared recipes, and they also shared information about helpful apps that help monitor and tally food and calorie intake. And, of course, Dr. Bueler and his staff ensured all participants finished all their scheduled appointments and set up their final system survey to show the final results as well as set up their last follow up consultations.

What is remarkable about this program is that the brave participants took the first step towards a healthy lifestyle by signing up for this Transformation Boot Camp, and that first step began the process of pursuing countless steps towards a healthier lifestyle. Participants love that they are making healthier choices in their diet, regimen, and exercise, that they no longer want to go back to their poor habits. They love the way they look and feel and want to continue striving for that wonderful feeling. As one participant stated, “It doesn’t end here.” They plan on taking what they learned and utilizing it in their everyday lives, because they haven’t felt this great in so long. And with the support of Dr. Bueler, Billie Bueler, and their staff, they know that none of them are alone and can always come back for advice and help when need be. The most important thing that came out of this was not only taking steps towards a healthier lifestyle, but the support that a group of individuals in our community found among each other in order pursue and continue a healthier way of living.

  1. This Boot Camp was AMAZING! Here, we thought we had so much to teach the participants (and we really did teach them a lot) but WE got the most blessings!!! From day one, this group was kind, supportive and excited about not only being helped, but also helping one another! We can’t wait to do it again, it was truly a wonderful experience!
