On Saturday, July 20th, Green Valley Lake held their summer concert series, featuring live performances by talented artists from Los Angeles. These artist included The Vignes Rooftop Revival, Wicklow Atwater, Jacaranda, Gilbert Louie Ray, and John Schroeder.

Throughout the day, residents enjoyed live music, a puppet show, and much more! The event began after the adorable Strut Your Mutt contest from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Community Garden. Attendees were welcome to bring their own BBQ to enjoy dinner and a show, or share with others during this community concert.

Each band and musician was different from the other, giving the attendees at the concert a variety of different tunes to delight in. This was a free event for anyone who wanted to join in the festivities. The concert was a treat for the residents of Green Valley Lake and all those in the mountain community who attended, because this show was deemed to be the largest Concert Series compared to the past four years of concerts they have held. This was a wonderful, free, family-friendly event for everyone to enjoy. Not only was this a joyful experience for the community, but it also brought the community together, creating new memories and bonds with neighbors.
