An exciting new business is opening it’s doors this weekend in Crestline. The Fort Gregory Outdoor Company, located at 23449 Crest Forest Drive, will be holding it’s grand opening tomorrow, March 30, 2019, complete with a ribbon cutting ceremony with the Crestline Chamber of Commerce.

The new store, as explained on their website, is a “Boutique Camping, Backpacking and Hiking” Store “Specializing in Curated Outdoor, Lifestyle and Survival Products”. They also “offer some outdoor themed home goods and decorations”. Some of their products include specialty items from local artisans, such as soy candles and they will be expanding their high-quality inventory in the near future. The new Fort Gregory Outdoor Company will also be offering events, workshops and demonstrations in their store.

Owner, David Lipchik, says that he loves the outdoors, camping and hiking, and after speaking with many people in the area, opening his store in Crestline would provide something that is desired,“There is nothing else like it in Crestline.” David says the preparation and opening of this business has been in the works for over a year and is happy to finally be opening it’s doors.

Currently, the store will be opened Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, but hours will expand in the summer. Saturday’s Grand Opening Event Runs from 11:00am – 5:00pm. Here are some of the activities going on tomorrow:
