Lake Arrowhead Chamber Awarded Grant Funds Two Years In A Row

The Lake Arrowhead Chamber of Commerce kicked off the year with their annual membership meeting at the Tudor House who graciously donated their venue for the event.

2018/2019 Chairwoman, Tricia DuFour, welcomed the new Board Members and Officers with enthusiasm and excitement for the upcoming year.

The Taste of Lake Arrowhead winners were presented with a beautiful plaque for participation in the following categories:

Best Dining-Lake Arrowhead Country Club

Best Casual Dining- Bills Villager

Best Presentation- Bin 189

Best Appetizer- LouEddies Pizza

Best Dessert- Nikki’s Cakes

Best Signature Drink- The Tap Room

Robin Bull the Executive Director of the Chamber, gave an update on what members can look forward to in the upcoming year, including the release of a new website and further advertising for tourism. The website will have the ability for members to have their own sites attached to the site and a new social media campaign is scheduled to be launched this spring.

Mrs. Bull who has worked hard to achieve recognition for The Lake Arrowhead Chamber, announced that the chamber was awarded for the second year in a row a grant in the amount of $150,000.00, as well as the nomination of the Lake Arrowhead Chamber for an ADDY Award for the chamber’s ad campaigns in 2018. The chamber will receive the grant funding in February and must spend the funds by December 2, 2019.

Internet Marketing classes and Coffee with the Chamber are on the 2019 calendar for members to assist business owners reach success.

    Using our resources, trashing our mountain (literally & figuratively)etc…,
