Driver Escapes Injury when Vehicle Rolls Off Driveway

On Saturday afternoon the California Highway Patrol responded to a single-vehicle accident in the city of Crestline. According to witnesses at the scene, while backing down the driveway, the driver of a 2002 Dodge Durango misjudged the angle of the driveway and drove over the side.

The vehicle landed on the driver side and the driver was able to climb out through the passenger door. The driver was uninjured in the crash.

Don’s Garage responded from Running Springs to perform the recovery. The tow truck driver, Adam, was able to operate a vehicle without causing any additional damage.

The cause of this accident has been attributed to driver error.
