Friday, May 11th, Last Showing of Bugsy!

A shot rings out. Everybody waits to see if Bugsy Siegel or the G-man walks back into view.

This was only one of the roaring twenties action scenes enjoyed by the audience during the opening night of “Bugsy” on Friday night at the Tudor House. The audience was transported back in time to an era of gangsters, guns and hot dames.

Local resident, Jeff Heisler, played the part of the charismatic yet infamously feared mobster, Benjamin “Bugsy” Siegel. Characters also portrayed were Whitey Krakower, Bugsy’s right hand man, Jimmy “The Finger”, Frank Sinatra, Marilyn Monroe, and others who sang and danced to tell the story of the prohibition era musical.

During the intermission, cast members enchanted the audience with jazz songs taken from the fortissimo of American music history.

The Tudor House also provided fine dining options for culinary fare during the event. This dinner and a show is a can’t miss, fun, family or couple’s night out in an historic mountain landmark.

The musical is showing again tonight, April 28th, and again May 4, 5, and 11. Bring that special someone or the whole family for an entertaining and thrilling adventure into the past with “Bugsy! Mobsters, Molls and More Mischief!”

The Historic Tudor House was actually built in 1928 by mobster Bugsy Siegel as a roaring 20’s casino and speakeasy. Today the 23K square foot facility boasts a modern commercial kitchen and a fine dining theater.

The Historic Tudor House is located at 800 Arrowhead Villa Road in the Arrowhead Villas community off Hwy. 18, east of the turnoff for Lake Arrowhead Village. Call 909-336-5000 or visit tudorhouseproductions.com.
