Weather Report – 3/25/19

Good Morning.
Congratulations Cory and Samantha, welcome Jeremiah!

Today’s weather will be a carbon copy of yesterday. Maybe a little warmer. Clear skies and light winds will make for a very nice day today. High pressure over the Eastern Pacific will keep us in Spring like weather through most of Tuesday.

A deep area of Low pressure to our North will move onshore in NorCal beginning Tuesday, spreading rain and higher elevation snow to the region. As the system slowly moves inland, clouds and cooler temperatures will arrive in SoCal for Wednesday and Thursday. There will be a slight chance for a light shower Wednesday night into Thursday morning, for the local area.

The biggest impact from this system for our area will be gusty onshore winds and cooler temperatures for Wednesday and Thursday. Locally we may see winds gusting from 15-40mph with higher winds in the wind prone areas.

Friday we will be clearing out as High pressure rebuilds across the West bringing in much warmer temperatures to the Inland areas. Temps are expected to be from 5-15* warmer than normal with San Bernardino possibly reaching into the low 80s by Sunday and the mid 60s locally.

That’s it for today. Thank you for joining me @ lakegregoryweather.com and a BIG thank you to all who have donated to this website.
Be sure to check out the website for live webcams from around the area along with live weather conditions and a view of Lake Gregory from my weather station at the South side of the lake.
Have a good Day! RC
