At 10:34 pm, a vehicle fire was reported on highway 18. Northbound, about a mile past Upper Waterman Canyon Road, the burning vehicle caused a traffic delay backing traffic up to below Upper Waterman. CalFire units responded and knocked the fire down and the roadway was open by 11:30.
