On Saturday June 20th, multiple calls went into 911 dispatch reporting a Ford F-150 being driven recklessly. The first reporting party saw the vehicle go into a ditch on East Big Bear Blvd. Chp was enroute when the driver got his vehicle out of the ditch. The driver then continued down Big Bear Blvd. With several near misses, more calls starting going into dispatch. One reporting party traveled behind the vehicle giving dispatch updated information and location. The vehicle turned on Division and made a right on North Shore traveling in opposite lanes. The vehicle then collided with a telephone pole on Holden and Northshore. Chp and sheriff arrived on scene and made contact with the driver. Chp conducted a field sobriety test on scene and the driver was subsequently arrested.
