On September 11, 2021, at approximately 1458 hours, Party #1 (Male, 30, Redlands) was driving Vehicle #1 (Harley Davidson) on SR-38 eastbound in the #1 lane west of Valley of the Falls Drive. For reasons still under investigation, Party #1 lost control of Vehicle #1 into oncoming westbound traffic and traveled into the north shoulder of SR-38 in an easterly direction. Party #1 was ejected from Vehicle #1 and impacted the ground. Party #1 was transported to Loma Linda University Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased.
