On Sunday, September 16th, at 6:00pm, San Bernardino County fire, along with other agencies, responded to a reported structure fire in Lake Arrowhead. The fire was reported at a residence on Matterhorn Drive, near Nadelhorn and St. Bernard.
Units arriving on scene confirmed the fire and immediately reported that the fire was out. All additional units that were still en route were cancelled.
Residents from inside the home were observed being treated for smoke inhalation by emergency crews. It is unknown if there were any additional injuries and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
