Charles Hoffman Elementary (CHE) in Running Springs held its annual Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) Fall Festival on Saturday, October 26th. At least 200 students, family members and friends attended the popular event, held the Saturday before Halloween.
The ghoulish-themed festival included candy, food, crafts, games, prizes, and a silent auction for gift baskets donated by local businesses. All of the proceeds for the events go to the CHE PTA which provides funds for school activities throughout the year.
Local emergency responders from the Running Springs Fire Department, California Highway Patrol, and San Bernardino Country Sheriff’s Department brought equipment and vehicles for the community to see, and distributed fire and public safety material to the kids.
