Forecast for Crestline, Twin Peaks, Lake Arrowhead and the San Bernardino Mountains:
Good Morning.

This morning the Marine layer has moved into the IE. Fog is currently (5AM) running from 2000′-3500′ along the front country. This will slowly burn off by late morning. For the mountains, mostly clear skies today and a little cooler as a weak trough passes through.
Gusty SW winds this afternoon from 5-15mph and temperatures from 70-75* for Crestline and Arrowhead, Big Bear, RS and GVL will be a little cooler at 68-74*, and San Bernardino at 82-86* today. Thursday and Friday will be a few degrees warmer, then another weak trough for Sunday with cooler temperatures.
The first named Tropical Storm of the year for the Eastern Pacific has formed, Aletta. Aletta will move out to sea and not have any effect locally over the next few days.

Today’s Fire Danger level is MODERATE to HIGH.
