Not even a month into January 2019, and the mountain communities have seen sun, snow, ice, and now flooding. Rocks and debris on the highways, creeks flooding over their banks and fog with high winds has brought in the new year with a bang. January 15th – 17th has brought heavy rains and wet weather to the mountain. Video Report below:
