VIDEO REPORT: CalTrans Works to Clear Debris from Mudslides on Hwy 38

For the second day in a row, CalTrans is working to clear the debris from a massive mudslide that buried Hwy 38 for 300 feet of it’s length under 10 feet of mud and debris from the Valley Fire.
