At 11:02 am, the California Highway Patrol responded to reports of a vehicle over the side in Lake Arrowhead. The location given was Highway 173 east of Golden Rule. Upon arriving on scene, units found a Kia Soul off the roadway.
For unknown reasons the driver of the Kia lost control of the vehicle and it ran off the road. He was not injured during the crash.
Mountain Auto Service arrived on scene and recovered the vehicle. The roadway was blocked for a short time during the vehicle recovery.
