The Lake Arrowhead Film Festival is back! The festival first debuted in the spring of 1999 presenting a carefully curated mix of shorts, documentaries and feature films. The original founders have reestablished this premiere cultural experience. The return of this annual event is scheduled for May 29th – May 31st, 2020. The festival will once again be held at the Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa where it attracted the attendance of over 1,500 filmmakers, celebrities, and film enthusiasts from around the world.

The Lake Arrowhead Film Festival (LAFF) has always been vital to the mountain community because it promotes philanthropy, cultural enrichment, and economic growth. Mary Dippell, the Festival Director coordinating previous LAFF success is taking the reins once more for the 2020 LAFF. The festival is rebuilding from the ground up. Our mission statement is: “Paying it forward to humanity by celebrating the creative arts. Based in the mountains of Southern California, we showcase music, film, and new media inspiring awareness and positive change. We seek emerging voices and more established artists who promote inclusivity, open dialogue and environmental consciousness.”

The LAFF embodies the spirit of this amazing mountain community, so we are extending an invitation to everyone who would like to help make this great endeavor a success. We are seeking volunteers that are experienced and/or passionate about sales and marketing, public relations and social networking, as well as promotion and fundraising. Leadership in event coordination and back-end support will be essential. You can sign up at www.lakearrowheadfilmfest.com or call us toll-free at (844) 452-5547 to become a member of the team. In addition to volunteers we need sponsors that share our vision for enlightening the global community, supporting our local economy and enhancing the cultural experiences available to everyone on the mountain and beyond.
