On June 18th 2019, Joe Black from Davis Auto Body reached out to 911 to report smoke sighted nearby. Fire crews and authorities were quick to respond and shortly arrived on scene. Due to the incident, a structure fire, Crest Forest Drive was closed off to traffic. It is suspected that an abandoned building was set ablaze by a supposed squatter, however, no official statement on the details of the cause has been given.
