At approximately 1:20 pm, emergency crews were dispatched to a brush fire at the northeast corner of Highland Ave and State Route 330.
Initial ground crews responded with aircraft on order but the aircraft was quickly cancelled.
Crews from San Bernardino County Fire, Cal Fire, San Manuel Fire Department and US Forest Service Fire made quick work of the 1/2 acre spot fire with almost all crews released by 3pm.
