Potato Chip Crusted Tilapia Recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb. tilapia filets

3 tbsp. butter – melted

1 ½ cups salt & vinegar potato chips – crushed

1/4 tsp. paprika

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 425°. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

Thaw tilapia if using frozen fish. Otherwise, rinse and pat dry fresh fish filets.

Crush the salt & vinegar potato chips finely, then add to a shallow bowl along with the paprika and drizzle with the melted butter. Mix until it becomes sticky and uniform.

Dredge the tilapia fillets in the coating, pressing it onto the fish until each filet is well coated.

Arrange the tilapia on the baking sheet and bake for 7 minutes per ½ inch thickness. The fish is done when it flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve immediately.
