Motorcycle Passenger Sustains Minor Injuries During U-Turn

At 8:55 a.m., local CHP responded to a downed motorcycle at the intersection of Highway 138 and Crest Forest Drive. An ambulance was requested at 9:04 a.m. for a female passenger who sustained minor injuries to her shoulder.

Based on the motorist’s testimony, the accident occurred when the motorcyclist made a sharp U-turn going down Crest Forest Drive. The female passenger was taken to St. Bernadine’s Hospital to for an injured shoulder. The motorist sustained no major injuries and was able to ride off site.
