Jeep Drives Away from Rollover Accident in Big Bear

Article sponsored by Davis Auto Body

At 3:28 PM on Tuesday, a call was made from Serrano Campground in Big Bear reporting that a traffic collison was heard on Highway 38 and North Shore.

Medic Engine 96 from the Fawnskin Station along with the California Highway Patrol arrived on scene to find a solo vehicle roll over at Polique Canyon and Highway 38. No injuries were reported at the scene. A maroon Jeep was reportedly traveling westbound on Highway 38 when it took the corner too wide and hit a tree before rolling down a small hill. With help from a few friends and another jeep they were able to flip the jeep back over start it and drive it back up the hill before tow arrived.

Due to the fact that there were no injuries and no damage to other property the vehicle and occupant were able to leave the scene. There is nothing further about the incident at this time.
