At approximately 4:15 p.m. on May 25th 2018, a CHP officer was writing a ticket at the Shell station in Crestline. Once he had finished writing the ticket he heard a loud collision. Less than 300 feet away a three-vehicle accident had occurred.
He immediately went on scene and begin directing traffic. One vehicle was grazed while the other two vehicles were involved in a head-on collision.
Injuries and the cause of the accident are unknown at this time.
