At 3:50 Pm on April 25th multiple calls went into 911 dispatch, reporting a head on Collison on Highway 330 at Old City Creek. Prior to the accident someone reported the vehicle, a blue mini van driving reckless and speeding. Shortly after that broadcast went out the blue mini van crossed over the double yellow lines slamming into a Volkswagen Jetta. 2 patients and a dog were injured in the Jetta. The driver of the minivan was detained at the scene. He was transported by California Highway Patrol to a near by hospital and later booked for suspected felony DUI. The condition of the occupants from the Jetta is unknown. Chp is handling the investigation.
