A solo vehicle rollover occurred on October 17th at 12pm on Knapps Cut Off and Kay Rd. A Red Sedan was traveling on Knapps Cut off in Crestline when for unknown reason traveled up an embankment and over turned trapping the female driver. The reporting party told chp disbatch that a good samaritan was trying to cut the seatbelt off the occupant. All air bags were deployed in the vehicle. Medic Engine and ambulance from station 25 arrived on scene. Medics orginally stated one patient was being transported but that later changed and the driver was not transported. California Highway Patrol is conducting their investigation. It is unknown at this time why the driver lost control.
