Crestline, CA
A call was received this morning directly to Station 25 in Top Town Crestline reporting a car fire on San Moritz Drive across from the San Moritz parking lot. There was some initial confusion as other agencies incorrectly reported the location as Lake Drive and Forest Shade. Eventually all resources arrived at the blaze, in which for unknown reasons, 2 cars were burning and the house was just starting to burn. A disable wheelchair bound resident was rescued by firefighters as other firefighters battled the blaze. There were no injuries reported and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
