On Tuesday, May 7th at 6:30 pm, the next Crest Forest MAC meeting will take place.
Last year, a hot topic on the mountain was ticketing, fines and forced compliance for property owners when it came to weed abatement. Michelle Palmer and Fire Hazards Abatement Officer Douglas Craig will be updating the community on the upcoming weed abatement season and a revised enforcement program.
Additionally, Southern California Edison representative Jennifer Cusack is scheduled to provide a wildfire update for the community.
The meeting will take place at the Crestline Sanitation District Office on Lake Drive next to the newly completed Lake Gregory Dam. The public may speak on these matters or on any other matter concerning the community.
