At 11:15 PM on December 22nd a call went into 911 reporting a Motorhome on Fire at the YMCA Camp Whittle in Fawnskin. Units from station 96 San Bernardino County Fire along with units from Station 282 Big Bear City. Arrived on scene to a single motorhome with smoke showing. Fire Fighters quick actions stop the spread of any further damage. It appears a heater mal function caused the fire. Medic ambulance was requested for one minor patient. It is unknown if that child was transported. All occupants were able to exit the vehicle safely.
