The recipe is very user friendly; the prep time takes only a few moments, and it bakes up in a flash. Use your favorite bottled Buffalo sauce, and you can garnish this dip with chopped fresh cilantro, green onion, or chives. Serve your Buffalo chicken dip with tortilla chips, corn chips (Fritos), pita chips, or celery.

Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

8 oz. cream cheese

1 10 oz can chicken breast

3/4 cup Buffalo sauce

½ cup ranch

1 ½ cups Monterey jack cheese

½ tsp. onion powder

½ cup cheddar cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, chicken breast, Buffalo sauce, ranch, and onion powder, stirring to mix well.

Move the mixture to a 2-quart baking dish and top with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.

Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish if desired.
