The Alpine Mall located in downtown Crestline at 23928 Lake Drive has gotten a face lift and is looking better than ever.
Boasting 12 units, 9 of which are available for rent to commercial businesses, the facility has gotten paint on the inside and outside, new fascia boards, and interiors redesigned to a modern motif.
We spoke with Scott Greenleaf, whose family owns the Alpine Mall, as he took us on a tour of the facility. “The three-month project included massive renovations as well as new landscaping. New tile floors, fresh paint, many repairs as well as a host of other things is only the beginning. We’ll be installing a fountain and doing new asphalt coating with striping in the coming weeks. We’re adding lights to the exterior od each unit. We’ve also repaired the iconic ‘Alpine Mall’ sign with new neon and replaced the missing arrow.”
