With fruit coming back into vogue, it’s time to dress it up with this sweet, creamy dip. This no-cook recipe is so easy, it practically makes itself! It’s a wonderful addition to any fruit platter at parties, potlucks, meetings, and more. It travels well, just be sure to keep it chilled. Be warned, it is addictive!

If you do not have whipped cream cheese, you can use a regular brick of cream cheese. Place the brick alone in the mixing bowl and have at it with your electric beaters. You can whip some air into it yourself, guaranteeing a light, fluffy dip. Return to using your whisk when adding the rest of the ingredients.

Serve this dip with apple slices, strawberries, raspberries (actually, any berries will do!), grapes, pears, bananas, pineapple, and more. Try it with your favorite fruit!

Cream Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

8 oz. whipped cream cheese

¾ cup marshmallow crème

¾ cup powdered sugar

¼ tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:

In a medium mixing bowl, add the ingredients one at a time, starting with the cream cheese and marshmallow crème, and whisk well to mix between each addition.

When the ingredients are combined, cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Serve chilled with your fruit of choice. Enjoy!
