Winter Weather Advisory For Monday Night

Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from noon today to
5 am PDT Wednesday…

* what… snow expected. Plan on slippery Road conditions. Total
snow accumulations of 1 to 4 inches 4500 to 5500 feet and 5 to
10 inches above 5500 feet. Highest amounts will be southeast of
big bear in and around Mt. San gorgonio, over Mt. San Jacinto,
and over Mt. Laguna where locally up to a foot is possible.
Winds will also pick up Tuesday afternoon and night with
westerly winds gusting to 60 mph from the ridge tops to the
desert slopes.

* Where… mountains above 4500 feet.

* When… noon today through 5 am Wednesday. Heaviest and most
widespread snowfall will occur Monday night through Tuesday
morning.

* Additional details… be prepared for reduced visibility at
times.
