At 7:16 p.m. on May 17th 2018, a solo vehicle accident occurred Northbound on Highway 18 directly under the Crestline Bridge. The driver was not injured, but the vehicle sustained heavy damage.
CHP arrived on scene at 7:35. At 7:36 p.m., Don’s Garage was dispatched from Running Springs with a tow truck to clear the scene.
The tow truck arrived at 8:06 p.m. CHP stopped upbound traffic for approximately 10 mins to allow the driver, Adam, to safely clear the accident scene.
As of 8:17 p.m., the roadway was clear.
