California Highway Patrol (CHP) responded to a call received at 11:31 a.m. this morning of a traffic collision at 841 Cottage Grove Road in Lake Arrowhead.
A white Ford Explorer was heading northbound on Cottage Grove, when a red Hyundai came up behind them and tried passing them. At the same time, another red car was going southbound, resulting in a head on collision. One of the two head on collision vehicles then hit the white Ford Explorer.
The driver of the red Hyundai said she had no brakes. The road was blocked for about an hour. Thankfully, no injuries were reported.
