Our words carry a vibration. Simply stated, each and every word we share either raises or lowers our state of being.  Since we are a collection of bodies, physical, mental, spiritual, emotional and energetic, the vigilance that we embrace with our communication can lift our level of wellness and well-being by our spoken words, collectively. A great practice in self-talk is to spend a few minutes throughout your day talking to yourself, with only positive statements. Encouraging statements. Kind words. Loving words, Words to lift your heart. Words to remind you of who you are. Be generous, don’t hold back. Say the good things you have been keeping in the wings. If this is difficult to do in spoken form, begin this practice with a short love letter to you. Again, be generous. Comment on the gifts you hold and what you bring to others in this world. Save the letter. Read the letter aloud when you want and can. Especially when you are challenged by any aspect of life. Share it with dear ones if you wish. Changing our vibration to one of self-respect and self-love is a form of spirit medicine. One that will bring even greater wellness and can ease the trauma of illness. Time spent honoring who you are changes the inner landscape of you. Chemistry changes. You can be lifted into a realm of peace, ease, love, joy and the greater recognition of the incredible being that you are.
