Corks will be poppin’, Brews will be hoppin’, Bands will be rockin’!

Is summertime here already? You know what that means…Corks & Hops First Saturday’s On the Hill in Crestline! Year two of the popular event begins June 2nd, kicking off with 60 Grit Band on our main stage!

The Crestline Chamber of Commerce is proud to partner with wineries, craft breweries, and local business members of the Chamber to bring you this fun event.

You’ll find the traditional craft beer and wine tastings along with local culinary tastings too! In addition, enjoy live music stages, and shop artisans’ handcrafted products, vintage vendors, and art from the mountain communities as well as from other places in southern California. The Inspired Market brings a curated community of artisans with a pop-up-shop style presentation of their inspiring products and art.

The event map spans from Lake Drive to the Top Town section of Crestline where you’ll find the Top Town specialty shops, restaurants, additional artisans, tastings, and live music. During this event you can hop on the free shuttle service connecting Downtown to Top Town. The event runs from 3pm-8pm and every 15 minutes you can catch the shuttle at any of 4 designated spots in town!

Start your afternoon by checking in at Top Town, pick up your tasting ticket and map, and work your way down to Lake Dr, or start on Lake Dr at the Ace Garden Center spring-bloomed tasting garden, which is directly across from where you’ll find the main artisan hub and live music stage at the Arrowhead Credit Union lot. Your map will direct you to 9 different tasting locations throughout town, and don’t forget to end your adventure back at the Arrowhead Credit Union stop for the drawing prize announcements!

We are proud to present the following bands this year on our Corks & Hops music stages: 60 Grit BandLittle Bear Valley BluesDubious DistinctionWhiskey Sunday BandSuper Tall PaulSweet MischiefBraden Ferguson.

Since you’ll be around town in between 3p-8pm, our local restaurants will be looking forward to having you join them for dinner. Here’s just a few recommendations. Bear House Grille’s tacos are not to be missed up in Top Town, or you can stop in and savor a delicious pasta dinner from Crestline Café (next to Arrowhead Credit Union)! Guiseppie’s Pizza never disappoints (inside Rim Bowling on Lake Dr), Tony’s burritos are the talk of town too (on Lake Dr. across from 7-11)! Those are just a few of the community’s favorite places to eat.

Remember, this event runs every First Saturday of the month for the entire summer! So mark your calendar for June 2nd, July 7th, August 4th, and September 1st, and October 6th…and be sure to follow our social media for updates and information.
