On 5/3/18 at 7:56 p.m., the California Highway Patrol received a report of a car fire burning on the corner of Highway 18 and 173 in Lake Arrowhead.
Fire Crews from Station 91 quickly arrived and extinguished the burning Mercedes. Multiple CHP and Sheriff’s units responded as well.
Dons garage responded with a flatbed driven by highly experienced driver “Billy”, who quickly swooped up the burnt vehicle and cleared the roadway.
There were no injuries reported and the scene was clear within 35 minutes of it originally being reported.
