Today’s lakegregoryweather.com
Forecast for Crestline, Twin Peaks, Lake Arrowhead and the San Bernardino Mountains.
Good Morning.
Today will be another HOT day across the Mountains with highs expected to be from 87* in Big Bear, to 90-97* in Crestline and Lake Arrowhead. The good news is, a slow cooling trend will begin tomorrow lasting through the next seven days. I can see daytime highs in the upper 70s to low 80s by this time next week. Tomorrow, Monsoonal Moisture will begin to filter into the area bringing a chance for T/Storm activity for Wednesday and Thursday. Friday should be from 8-12* cooler than today with decreasing chances for T/Storm activity across the area. Hurricane Hector is close to a CAT5 Hurricane and is still expected to go just south of Hawaii at this time. Two other storms are to our south, and will have only marginal effects on our weather here. I was hoping for some rain from these two storms to our south, but its not looking to likely this morning other than an increase in T/S activity tomorrow and Thursday.
