At 8:21 pm, the California Highway Patrol received a report of a solo vehicle accident near Snow Valley Ski Resort on Highway 18.
The cause of the accident is unknown but the vehicle, a Toyota Corolla, landed on its side on the upbound right shoulder.
No injuries were reported but the parties were initially helped out of the overturned vehicle by motorists who stopped at the scene.
Don’s garage was dispatched from Running Springs to recover the vehicle.
