At approximately 9:20, a single vehicle accident occurred involving a motorcycle that hit the rail under the Crestline bridge.
The rider was coming upbound and apparently hit gravel causing him to lose control of the bike. The bike sustained heavy damage with the front being turn completely off.
He was able to escape major injury, some cuts and bruises were visible but he was standing and coherent at the scene.
Motorists are advised to drive cautiously in the area as emergency crews are not yet on scene.
