Forecast for Crestline, Twin Peaks, Lake Arrowhead and the San Bernardino Mountains:
Good Morning.
As we close out Spring, and head into Summer, High pressure over the West, continues to be the main weather feature for today, and for the next several days to come.
Temperatures will be 5-10* above normal for this time of year. Highs for the Crestline and Lake Arrowhead areas are expected to be from 82-86* today and Thursday. Running Springs, Green Valley Lake, and Big Bear, will have daytime highs from 77-84* and in San Bernardino, daytime highs are expected to be close to 100* through Friday.
The weekend will bring some relief as the area of High pressure over the West will weaken slightly helping to bring daytime temperatures down by around 5*. The coastal areas will be much cooler with low clouds and fog along the immediate coastline this weekend.
Clear skies and variable winds will make for nice days through the weekend for all Inland areas. On the Tropical outlook, a disturbance is beginning to form off of Guatemala but it doesn’t look like it will have any effect on our weather here as far as increasing the Monsoonal flow.
Have a good day and enjoy the great mountain weather. RC
