At 10:41 a.m. on June 1st, 2018, the California Highway Patrol received a report of a vehicle accident on North Bay Road near Alpen Drive in Lake Arrowhead. A Toyota Tundra traveling eastbound on North Bay Road reportedly crashed into a parked car parked in a driveway. After hitting the parked car, the vehicle continued to travel through a fence on the edge of the elevated driveway and down a hillside.
The occupant of the vehicle as well as the dog traveling in the vehicle were both uninjured.
At 10:46 a.m. the California highway patrol dispatched Mountain Auto Service to recover the vehicle.
At 11:28 a.m., the vehicle recovery was complete and final steps were being taken to complete cleanup at the scene and open the roadway again.
As of 11:33 a.m., the roadway was clear.
