TODAY’S WEATHER DISCUSSION AND FORECAST:

Good Morning.
..Not much change from yesterday’s weather. Temperatures will be on the rise today and Tuesday peaking Tuesday and Wednesday. Daytime highs will be in the mid to upper 80s below 6000′ and from the upper 70s to low 80s above the 6000′ level. We will have mostly clear skies with a few high clouds at times.
..High pressure over Mexico will expand to the West bringing in very warm temperatures to the SoCal region. The High will peak Tuesday and begin to weaken Wednesday. Thursday through the weekend temperatures will lower by around 5-10* bringing back more normal temperatures for this time of year. This is due to a weak Trough that will pass through the area.
..Any winds will be light and variable through the period.
..Now is the time to put out shade and extra water for your outdoor pets as they will need it over the next few days.
..Have a great weekend and enjoy the great mountain weather. *RC

..On the main page of the website, www.lakegregoryweather.com I have added two live webcam views, one of Lake Gregory pointing North, and the other facing Southeast toward Waterman canyon. These are very helpful for the drive up and down the hill. If the camera view is gray, that means it’s foggy.

..Be sure to check out the other pages on the website for the Latest on El Nino, live webcams from around the area, live Radar, Satellite loops, Traffic conditions, along with live Weather conditions, and a live view of Lake Gregory from my weather station at the South side of the lake. Have a good Day! *RC
