On Tuesday, April 23, 2019, at approximately 7:58 in the evening, reports came in of a vehicle over the side on State Route 18, near Arrowhead Villa Rd. The reporting party stated that the driver may be trapped inside the vehicle. Rescue units arrived shortly there after, and assisted the driver safely out of the vehicle.
It is unclear how the white Hyundai Sedan left the road, coming to rest about 10 feet off the edge of the pavement, near the entrance of The Skyforest Work Center, in Skyforest, California. The vehicle was recovered by Mountain Auto Towing. There were no injuries reported at the time of the incident.
