Jamboree Days 2019 Schedule Released!

Crestline, California – The Swingingest Town In America! The Crestline Chamber of Commerce
has released the following information to notify the community and visitors about our 54th Annual
patriotic tradition, Jamboree Days.

The three-day event will include festivities all weekend long from Friday night July 5th, to
Sunday afternoon July 7th featuring live music, fireworks, kid friendly activities and more. Every
year Crestline hosts thousands of visitors attending the celebration.

EVENT SCHEDULE:

Friday, July 5th, Top Town Block Party (5pm-9pm)

Road Closure 4pm – 10pm– Crest Forest Drive closed from Hwy 138 to Woodland
5pm– Festivities begin!
● Live Music Featuring Little Bear Valley Blues
● Food Truck, Ice Cream truck, Fast Eddies, & Bear House
● Bounce House, Sidewalk chalk, meet the SB County Firefighters, and more!

Saturday, July 6th, Town Festival (10am-6pm)

Road Closure Summary
○ 9am – 11am – Rolling road closures Crest Forest Drive to Fern Drive to Lake Drive
down at Lake Gregory Drive
○ 10am – 7pm – Lake Drive from Wildrose to Forest Shade
○ Post Office Parking Lot closed (designated parking spots on Wildrose for mail pickup)
○ 8pm -10pm – Lake Gregory Drive from Lake Drive to San Moritz Drive
10am -11am – Watch Parade from Crest Forest Drive to Lake Drive
○ Parade Announcing at the following locations:

■ Higher Grounds Coffeehouse – Bill Mellinger
■ Savior’s Realm Church – Joseph
■ Lake Drive, the old theater – Mark & Drew from the Niews Team

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS

Visit https://mountaintransit.org to “Plan your trip” …the earlier the better, as it’s a busy weekend
for us on the mountain!

A little bit of info for you to know… The main shuttle route (Route 2) which goes from VOE to
Lake Arrowhead Village and back, runs from 8:20am (at the 7-11 stop) every 1 1/2 hours until
6:30pm.

The Trolley is a new addition this year and runs from 1:40pm at Toptown to 10:30pm ending back
at Toptown. The Trolley runs to the following areas of the mountain: Toptown – Lake Gregory –
Pine Rose Cabins – Agua Fria/Blue Jay – Lake Arrowhead Village – Cedar Glen – Skypark

Dial-A-Ride runs until 6:45pm. You will need to make a reservation by calling (909) 878-5200 at
least 2 hours in advance. However, they recommend that you book as early as possible as demand
will be high for the weekend.
